What box is going out this upcoming month?

Every month we focus on a different lifestyle area of your green transition journey. We give priority to our current subscribers, and we spread the love up until we sell out of the box! If we do sell out of a box, we will reach out to you and notify you of the backorder, and you will be part of our first-round priority orders on our next monthly cycle.

I just signed up for a Lofire Box subscription! What will I receive

Thank you for joining Planet Lofire’s mission! We are excited you have chosen to make the move to be green! In each box you can expect to receive a Green Home item that is a great alternative to a not-so green common household product, a live plant with a eco-friendly and/or upcycled plant home, a DIY kit that contains all the ingredients you need to successfully make and use a green product at home, reusable glass containers to your ingredients are untainted by plastic leaching, and a personal gift from one of our U.S. based eco-conscious small businesses that we support! We believe choosing to go green should be an available option for everyone. We include items that provide a long-term alternative to disposable convenience items that are short-term and end up in a landfill. Because so many of our items are re-useable, going green is truly economical! Our aim is to help you transition your lifestyle gradually to make the move to be green easy, and second-nature. If we all make small life changes, the sum of our efforts amasses a greater impact on the planet we live on. Our approach inspires a “lead by example” philosophy for our members, and encourages others to break free from mass produced mainstream products that contribute to damaging the earth’s resources at our expense.

Can I gift a membership?

Of course. If you would like a special gift note included in the box, please write your note in the notes section during checkout and we will include it in the first shipment. In this case, make sure that the shipping address is the correct address of your intended recipient.

I just subscribed, when can I expect my first box?

If we are not sold out, you will receive the current month’s box. First time purchases made between the 26th of the previous month and 12th of the current month will ship out on the 15th of the current month, and first time orders made between the 13th and 25th of the month will be shipped the 1st of the month. After the first month, we will bill you on the first day of the month, and ship your box to you the first week of the month. If your payment method declines for any reason, we will reach out to you to update payment method via email, and will not ship your box until payment is successful.

When will I be billed for my Lofire Box subscription?

When you order your first box, you will be billed right away to reserve your membership. After that, all monthly subscribers will be billed on the 1st day of the month going forward, until the membership is paused or cancelled. If you would like to cancel your box subscription, you can cancel any time before the next billing cycle, the closing date for cancellations for the upcoming box is on the 26th day of the previous month.

What is your cancellation policy?

Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time. There is no cancellation fee. Subscribers are billed at the time of purchase for the initial box, and then on the 1st day of each shipping month going forward. The subscription can be canceled or paused any time before the 26th of the month to avoid being billed and receiving the upcoming month’s box.

Is the Lofire Box just for women?

No. We feel going green is not gender specific. Our green alternatives are based on transitioning your home and lifestyle. Although we are aware an overwhelming amount of research shows that household-product decisions are made by women in the home, we must not forget the gentlemen that also would like to have a healthier home, and we do our best to keep our product offerings as gender neutral as possible.
